Reinstalled the app or switched device? Open Profile → Restore purchases. Full Access is tied to your Apple Account and restores at no extra cost.
Subscriptions are billed by Apple. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your device, or at apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime access never renews.
All purchases are processed by Apple, so refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Learning progress is stored only on your device. Deleting the app clears it; there is no account or cloud backup.
